The LifeGRID project ended successfully in December 2022 after the circuit-breaker
passed the most severe tests in accordance with the IEC standards and the 420 kV
performance was demonstrated.

Since then, GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions’ new T155 420 kV Dual Gas GIS was launched in 2023 and
more than 100 bays were ordered by European grid operators.
